Regarding the use of the term "organic"...

There's a new 10-acre farm outside of Chicago that was set up by the Chicago
Coalition for the Homeless to train workers in both gardening and basic work
skills. While they aim to be certified as organic, this past year, their
first, they just labeled their produce "pesticide free" at the markets where
they sold it. Worked out fine.
