Good day to everyone,

Couple quick query questions...

If publishers indicate they accept simultaneous queries/submissions, should 
you tell them this is a simultaneous query/submission and do you also need 
to tell them how many you have submitted?

Does anyone know any good, honest, willing-to-work-with-you and offering 
"reasonable" compensation...cookbook publishers?

Thanks for your input and any info you can pass along.
