Re: Honest publishers


As far as I can tell publishers, if they take on your book will  "honestly" 
attempt to make as much money as possible that's there job. Read and try to 
understand the fine print in the contract. The authors desires and needs 
always take second place to the profits of the publishing house. If you 
self-publish you have complete control and receive 100% of the profits. 
Beware though, there is a whole industry built around preying on 
self-publishers.
