The 2007 annual GWL bash at Garden Writers was again a great  
success.  It was filled with good conversation, lots of laughs, and  
good connections.  It was less rowdy than in the past since that  
member from Alaska didn't make it.  Several lurkers slipped in, so  
some of us pontificators tried to convince them that putting one's  
foot in one's mouth was not always a bad thing.  Thanks abunch goes  
to our noble leader and hostess, Doreen Howard, who provided us with  
pizza, nachos and other munchies.  It's amazing to see so much food  
disappear when no one stopped talking.  Thanks Doreen.  For the rest  
of you who missed a grand meeting, have a glass of wine for the good  
ol GWL.
