A big apology

Dear Sue (who?) So sorry to have screamed. Who knew? You can tell I  
don't text or Tweet?   I also apologize for using all caps. I have a  
bit of spastic hand  and it often hits the cap lock file. I usually  
take the time to fix the offending text. Having worked in the  
newspaper  industry for 20 years, I'm aware of font issues.    
However,  I was in a hurry and figured a couple of sentences - you  
guys could handle it. Won't happen again. While I have your ear Sue ,  
what do I do if want to whisper and what are the ramifications of  
italics?
