Re: Eco-Tulips

Their bulbs have been around in small quantities for the last four or  
five years here and I've had samples a couple of times. They've grown  
well for me but in my conditions - damp and chilly clay - most tulips  
don't repeat well in the long run. Range I've been able to try are  
limited. They are certified by the Swedish SKAL certification body who  
are the only European certification body to have developed a  
definition of organic bulbs so far. Most deal only in food products. I  
deal with SKAL for various forms of food certification and while they  
aren't as strict as the Soil Association they aren't a greenwashing  
body either - they would lose their EU  recognition if they were
