TC, it is hard to know if you have a valuable mass market book idea.
However, certain books are valuable in a limited way despite being wrong for
the mass market. These are aimed at a small geographic region or deal with a
specialized topic such as species of moss. They deeply interest some but
clearly not most gardeners. It's a big fish/small pond kind of thing.
Sometimes these niche markets are bigger than they look.
