My first laptop was $1800.00. It was a Tandy 8086. I put it out in a yard 
sale a couple of years ago for five bucks. No takers. I still have it and it 
still works. I should throw it out, but it is hard to throw out something 
you paid nearly two grand for and still works. Progress ... ain't it great?
