Re: [GWL]: Ruth Stout's reprint rights

Mel Bartholomew, the Square Foot Gardening guru, recently was involved in a 
lawsuit against Rodale. I suspect it was over this "all-rights" business. 
Does anyone know how he came out?  Thanks, Margaret Lauterbach
