A recruiter just called me about an opening for as Executive Director of
Rotary Gardens, in Janesville, WI.  I'm not interested in the job, but I am
passing this along at the request of Management Recruiters.

Rotary Gardens (12 acre botanical garden now undergoing significant
expansion)
Janesville, WI  (about 35 miles south of Madison, WI; 72 miles west of
Milwaukee and 101 miles from O'Hare in Chicago)

Previous non-profit experience desirable.  The most important experience is
communications, especially within the garden industry.  Must know budgets
and have supervision experience.  Horticulture background is nice, too.

Main duties are to supervise a staff of 50, including the Directors of
Horticulture and Marketing.  Responsible for community outreach, devising,
planning and executing educational, promotional and community events and
more.

This position pays $40 to $60K, depending on experience, plus relocation.
