We use National Credit Systems, Inc to collect from accounts in my topiary
business and have been very satisfied.

We find most gardening people are good about paying bills so we rarely use
this service but this is how it works.
You buy 5 coupons at a time for xx amount (last time we bought them they
were $20)
Each time you have a problem you fill out and fax in the coupon
They go through several steps (mailings) to collect
They keep you informed regularly
You get to decide how nice or not so nice they are in their mailings
If in the end, you still do not get your money--- then you can decide if
you want them to go to court with/for you. At that point, they get a
percentage.
In 9 years we have used them about 6 times and only one account was not
collected completely.
Check them out as it is cheap and easy.
