RE: [GWL]: Getting Paid


I can suggest that it is important to document your complaint and that is
what your letter(s) will do. Always put a cc at the bottom of the letter and
list some attorney or law firm's name. You can give them two weeks or you
can give them two weeks  and threaten to commence legal action in small
claims court, but just remember that there is a good possibility you won't
get paid and the bullet is out of the gun, so to speak.

A collection agency is always better than an attorney unless you are talking
big money and by that I mean something more than the 200 dollars or so an
hour a good attorney will cost you.
