Symposium Party & Mystery Mailer

Hi All,
The Vancouver GWL party was a success and enjoyed by all who attended, about 
25 list members.  Thanks to everyone who contributed to the sumptuous 
appetizer array. It was fabulous--duck pizza, spring rolls, etc. The 
conversation and networking were fabulous, too.

The highlight of the Vancouver symposium, IMHO, was our visit to Brian 
Minter's display garden in Chilliwack.  It was ethereal and better than many 
botanical gardens.

Please share your experiences and opinions about the symposium with the 
listserv, too.

Next year, the symposium is in the Brandywine Valley in late August, and we 
hope many more GWL members will attend what has become the listserv's annual 
cocktail party.

I got home late last night to find a huge pile of mail that included a 
strange package with missing contents.  Did anyone else receive a clear 
plastic pillow pack with summer bulb photos all over it? The end was open 
and most of the contents were missing, including who sent the packet.  The 
only remaining item is CD titled Kirkegliz Kultur Verksted.  I haven't 
played it yet, as it appears to be a music CD in Norwegian.  Any clues??
