Q about canadian tax refund

For those of you who were in Vancouver a few weeks ago - I am  
confused by the tax refund process.

Am I supposed to submit the original of every receipt or only the  
receipts for items that cost more than $65?

Was I supposed to have EVERY receipt stamped before I left Canada?   
If so, who was the person who does the stamping?

Anyone figured this out yet?
