Hotel recipets didn't have to be stamped.  Otherwise, any receipt over 
$65 (I thought it was $50, but I don't have the paperwork in front of 
me) needed to be stamped before submitting it for the refund.  Smaller 
individual recipets can't be submitted.

You could hand everything in at the airport or use a mail-in form.  The 
company that delivers the refund to you takes a cut.  I think it's $10 
or a percentage.  (The info is on the instructions that accompany the 
refund form).
