possible writing/publishing opportunity

I normally don't post here but I read all the time. I
am a free lance writer in Virginia and a local
gardening expert, Dr. John Buckreis, has called me
with a proposition that I don't have time for but
thought any garden writer/publisher may be interested
in if living near the Washington DC metropolitan area.
Dr. John used to work for Merrified Garden Center in
Virginia for 25 years giving out advice, retired in
1998, and now produces a gardening tv show called
"Gardening News and Views" on Fairfax Public Access
Channel 10 Studio (Monday at 9:00 pm). He is over 70
years old and is not computer literate but has a
collection of bulletins he has written on plants for
this Mid-Atlantic Area. He says that he created 2 page
bulletins on how to grow each plant, condensed the
information, and now he would like to publish the
bulletins as a book. He has no knowledge of computers,
local garden writers, and publishers but his knowledge
of plants is vast. His show is great. If you are
