I'm a lawyer too. What is the exposure you're seeking to protect against? I'm assuming that all the projects being written about have vetted your interest in them for the project and have a fair idea where you're coming from.

Are you seeking coverage for potential libel? If so, and you are a lawyer, any language that puts you in a position of exposure should jump out at you like the red-flag it would be. If you're trying to protect yourself from a potential reader who follows your advice and comes to harm that's another matter--and to be honest, I don't know what the viability of such an action would be. In my (admittedly rather limited) experience, I know of no one who has purchased such a policy.
