I was at the GWA conference when this topic came up during the discussion
on the new GWA website. There were many strong comments from members who
felt they wanted a discussion board attached to the website. I presume
most of these comments were from people who either don't know about this
listserv, or who aren't on it, since they seemed unaware of it.
I do agree that I am not happy about potentially having to check more
than one forum to reach the same people; my understanding though, was
that Amy's board is for GWA members only. Perhaps Doreen (who was also
there) and Amy could chat off-line and then bring some clarity here.
