I highly recommend  the Urban Compost Tumbler.  I've had mine for about 5 years and not only has it held up well, it works well too.  I especially like that is it easy to turn and with its lockable lid it doesn't attract urban rats.

The only problem is that I really need more than one. Once filled, it takes a couple of weeks to make compost and I don't want to add new material during that time.
