Re: Quinoa


Good to see you, too, Noel.

I found the quinoa fritter recipe at the Food & Wine website.  Will have to 
make it.  I've been curious about quinoa for a long time, so this will be 
the start of some food experimentation!

Good fodder for my second book on heirloom foods, which I'm writing now. 
The first book, Heirloom Flavor: Yesterday's Best Tasting Vegetables, Fruits 
and Herbs for Today's Cook, comes out at the end of February.
