Sprouts and Sprouting

Hi! I am working on a short magazine article about growing sprouts in winter 
as a way of growing fresh food indoors.

In my research I came across a comment that sprouts of red kidney beans are 
toxic. Does anyone know anything about this? Are there other seeds for the 
home sprouter to be wary of?

I am supposed to finish this item tomorrow by lunchtime. I appreciate any 
help you can give me. You can reply on list or off -- if this is something 
important it would be good to spread the word.
