This is a bit off-topic, but copyright-free info was specified in the chart request, and I have noticed that many Extension publications are copyrighted these days. It used to be that Extension and USDA info was free to use, but now you have to check. Not sure why they went this route since they want the info widely disseminated, they're tax-supported, and it costs money to file for a copyright. Anyone know?
