Lois my dear, please don't judge Macs based on iPads. They are totally different animals. I too have reluctantly come to the conclusion that iPads are pretty useless in terms of work functions. They show pretty pictures and work okay as a photo backup system when I am traveling but for everything else, I choose my Mac computers every time…
