Beth,
I just received and reread my message below, and it sounded like I was
challenging your post. It wasn't, I was just continuing the discussion.
Sorry for my poor phrasing!
Anyway, what I meant was, though I can see the benefits of adding composted
sawdust, I don't know why fresh sawdust does anything for the mix except
complicate the nutrient question.
