Here is my recipe, for whatever it is worth:
3 cu. ft. of Pro-Mix
9 lbs of Jersey Green Sand
2 bags of Vermiculite
1 bag of perlite
2 quarts of Alfalfa Meal
3 cups of Osmocote
As much shredded oak leaves that you can obtain
1 bag of bone meal
{Avoid using Superphosfate}
