Hi Barbara
This program was done in visual basic 6. If you have an older computer
it probably doesn't have the required .dll files which are dynamic link
libraries which just means sets of instructions. Microsoft and others
use .dll which the programs share instead of each one having to install
it's own set. If it doesn't work just delete it, it won't affect your
computer any.
