Jim, I have seen Golden Tiara rebloom 3 times in a cool wet then hot then wet season. Same for Lemon Lime - they seem to be the most aggressive in sending out the new bloom scapes, especially if you cut them off.
There are no real indicators when they will rebloom, moisture, temperature - it can vary; these will all send up new scapes with equal vigor to the first batch.
