Sorry I have to keep asking questions!  What amount of mix did he add
the half cup to?  What proportions of the other ingredients?  I know it
is difficult to be specific, but general proportions would help. Can
experiment myself, but don't really know how the mix is supposed to
"feel." 

Thanks once again!  Guess you are giving everyone lessons.
