The AHS is pulling one. If you sent a pic of 'Royal Standard' to the
Registrar and sent in five bucks and took a pic of it with a 3-inch ruler
next to a leaf and entered all that silly stuff on the registration form and
named it 'Grand Royal' a la WIP, it would be registered.
There is only one problem with the AHS--it is controlled by a bunch of power
mongers.
