Registration

Forgive me for being too lazy to go find my latest Journal, but have a
question..

Is there a fee charged for registry of a new cv with the International
Registry?  I'm asking on behalf of the Int'l Registrar for Hibiscus
rosa-sinensis...Currently registration of a new Hibiscus cv is free, but we
are considering charging a fee and would like to know what other societies
do..
