    Your article on specie traits is exactly what I have been trying to put together as I  organize my thoughts for crossing Hostas and choosing the gene's that will create unique Hostas. Your explanation for each specie with it's good and negative traits is well written and easy to understand. You have put some time into this piece and it is well received and appreciated. You can be sure I will be keeping better notes on bloom dates (something that has not interested me in the past) next year.
