Hi  Gerry,
Why would you prefer Excel?  Excel is what I'm using now for my spreadsheets, 
and I thought the reporting capabilities, and the FORM view (for easier data 
entry) that MSWorks offers would be nicer.  But then, I don't know about all 
the things one can do in Excel either.  Maybe I shouldn't be too hasty about 
converting all my data over to MSWorks database yet.
