fees including postages , as calculated by K Walek Reason? 
Some foreign members were so clever to have a early life 
membership. Yet at the same time USA members get an 6.5% 
discount from the actual fee of $ 26.74 Reason? More USA 
members contribute to auctions than non USA members Speaking 
of contributions that are given as an argument for discounts by K 
Walek, I mentioned what was spend by the dutch governement on 
Hosta research. I have given a few other arguments why hosta 
research was stopped by me
