Andrew, all the issues that you brought up were discussed a long time ago 
before I had myself removed from the Phoenix.  Not by choice.  There was some 
talk of polling the membership on issues, etc., etc., this esp came up when 
there was a move toward preferred growers by the AHS.  

Most people don't want to be involved in the nuts and bolts part of running 
this organization because people like Kevin can tell you it is a lot of work. 
 You seem like a good candidate for the nuts and bolts effort, it is not hard 
to get elected, rarely does anyone oppose someone who is running.  Go for it.
