Contacting him would give you an idea of what back issues he has available
and at what price.
Or if you have the latest Journal Issue,Volume 32 Number 2 on page 7 is a
Back Issues page with each volume that is available and prices, along with a
form for you to use. In fact "for a short time only--- the full set is
available at a special price". How handy is that? He also has the other AHS
publications listed there as well.
