Hi Jim:
Autoclave temperature 121.5F for at least 20 minutes once temperature has
ramped up. Degradation of the riboflavins are sensitive to temperature as
well as the pH. For example, at high temperature conditions and at about a pH
of 5.0, decomposition will be about 1.2% per month.
