Hosta Sitter Question

We at Upstate New York Hosta Society, are trying to decide what direction to 
take with our Hosta sitter program. We're at the point that we have lots of 
sitters and plants but we lack direction and dare I say, purpose. 
I'm wondering if any other societies use a similar program and how do you 
control and manage it? Any suggestions and comments would be greatly 
appreciated.
