Winter Scientific Meeting - Registration Deadline

If you have not already done so, you need to get your check in the mail by this Saturday.  After that the cost is $50 vs. $40.

The Winter Scientific Meeting of the Midwest Regional Hosta Society will be held Sat. Jan. 19, 2002 at the Hyatt Regency Woodfield Hotel, 1800 East Golf Rd., Schaumburg, IL (800) 223-1234 (the same location, as last year’s event).  They have given us an $81.00 room rate.  Please make your own reservations by Jan 1, and mention the Hosta Society to guarantee the rate.

Sign-up after Jan. 6 2002 is $50.00.

Registration will begin on Fri. Jan 18, from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, and Sat. morning from 8:00 am - 8:30 am.  The program will run from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm on Sat.  Dinner Fri. and Sat. nights will be on your own at one of the many fine area restaurants.  The Hospitality Suite will be open from 7:30 pm -11pm, both Fri. and Sat. nights, for all that good Hosta fellowship.
