email delay

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but I have noticed
that every now and then there is a delay of 2-3 days before I get some
of these postings. For instance, just today I got the emails about
where to find seeds which were posted on Sunday. Is anyone noticing
this and how do I fix it???
