Hosta montana 'Praeflorans' or 'Macrophylla'

I vaguely remember reading or hearing that these are the same plant, and
that one name is OK and the other is superseded.  Which one is which?

This is a very nice plant, by the way.  Dark green veins contrast with
lighter green leaf.
