What you uploaded is much clearer than what I am getting out of Adobe Reader.

The copy I have here is 7.23mgs. If yours matches that is what it
looked like. I doubt if it would open otherwise anyway. It wasn't the
best quality text I noticed but it was better than unreadable. I
uploaded a part of a page, see how it looks compared to yours.
