As already mentioned by others, measuring the total amount of
DNA gives a clear proof/ indication of ploidy. I have offered
repeatedly to analyse any suspect So if you send me a piece of
Eagles nest and O my Hart I am happy to proof/disprove their
ploidy. Lastly I have not measured Night before Christmas so far.
Lakeside Black Satin is a tet too but none of the plants of Hirao
