Hi Bill,
H. 'Janet' comes to mind as a plant that fits this description. I
happen to like the plant for this very reason but it could have also
been called H. 'Joker' if that name hadn't already been taken (by Peter
Ruh?). The leaf patterns are "all over the place" Sectorial Chimeras
and now I know the rest of the story...
