Citric acid has nothing to do with lysol here are the data:
lysol = 500 gr cresol soap (cresolen) /liter water
cresol moleculair weight=108 HOC6H4CH3.
It is made out of coal tar and contains a few % phenol
Dettol (= chloroxylenol 49 g/liter + soap)
