Well, I'm having another weird problem with Outlook 2000 (when I reply to an
email, it deletes the original note), so I think I'm going to reinstall it
tomorrow or soon. Don't know if the two are related, but I've never had
either problem before this week. (Nor have I opened any of those Snow White
jobs, whatever they do....)

I was having the same problem. Lu said everything looks OK at her
end. She doesn't know what's wrong yet or where. All I can say is that she
knows about the problem.
