Barbara'darlin...before you start bidding your brains out; perhaps someone should ask: if the auction includes shipping Canadian won bids into our country; after all, there is a border between us; and Ag. Canada regulations, require a phyto-sanitary certificate attachment with plant shipments, don't they?

Can someone explain how this is done...I think I used to be able to do this,
must have changed some settings along the way and can't figure it out on my
own!
