Sorry for the duplication, I hit the control-V paste function twice and didn't notice it before I sent the message.

If it wasn't clear the first time, I want to make sure that credit is given where due.  I am simply polishing up the work that Lu started and  in the case of the pictures was 99 percent done, I am simply adding the information for one issue and polishing that one for Journal format, etc.

Lu also had the Author article index over half done and here I am just the second tier data entry specialist for the early issues.  The credit for this effort belongs to Lu.
