Doesn't hit on everything but almost. There are a few
club liks for Illinois.
Nurseries that come to mind in the immediate area are Rich's
Foxwillow and there are some to the south but I've never been
to them.
Good luck, I would have to believe that there will be more
opps for hosta than you've currently seen in ND. I could
be wrong.
