There are no chloroplasts with chlorophyl a or chlorophyl b else a
wild plant could give separate plants with one of the chlorophyls.
In green plants all chloroplasts have both chlorophyl a and b
at the time in a single chloroplast.
If yellow leaf color was due to "the destruction of chloroplasts" a
yellow plant could not survive
