The problem with all of this stuff is that it's uncharted waters ....... and
the real problem is with the hand recount is that the ballots are being
counted by some of the same folks who fouled it up in the booth.
Hared of one old guy who went in the booth,closed the curtain , then took of
his clothes and waited for the doctor..........(ref Tony Kornheiser)
